Does Orcl replace my streaming subscriptions?

No. You keep everything you have. Orcl builds channels from the services you already pay for.

What streaming services work with Orcl?

Free services on Basic: Tubi, Pluto TV, Plex, PBS Kids, YouTube (filtered), Peacock Free, Freevee, and more. Connect Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Peacock, Paramount+, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+, and ESPN+ on the Connected tier and up.

Does it work if I only have one or two services?

Yes. Orcl builds your channel from whatever you have. Even just the free services on Basic give you a full programming day.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Sign up, pick your free services, build your first channel. Full Basic experience for 14 days. We charge $2.99 on day 15 unless you cancel. Cancel anytime from your App Store or Google Play account settings.

How does Kids Mode work?

Set a time limit before content starts. When it expires, the screen stops and shows a friendly end card. A parent PIN is required to add more time. Between every episode there is a five-second prompt — no tap means the session ends. Kids Mode only plays from channels you built: animated storybooks, nature and science, drawing and learning, classic cartoons, and faith content if you want it.

What are watch parties?

Synchronized playback for up to 20 people. Host picks the channel, guests follow. Everyone sees the same thing at the same time, across the country. Connected tier and up.

What is Sports Mode?

Your teams. Tonight's games. Queued across ESPN+, Peacock, Prime, Apple TV+, and wherever else they're playing. Connected tier and up.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Manage or cancel anytime from your Apple TV or Android TV account subscription settings — the same place you manage other app subscriptions. Institutional (parish/school) accounts cancel through the contact email on the Stripe invoice.

I forgot my parental PIN.

Sign out and back in on the TV. If that does not work, email us and we will reset it.

How do I redeem a parish or school code?

Enter the 8-character code on the "Parish Code" step during onboarding, or later in Settings → Parish Code. Your family rate updates to $15/year for the first year (and stays there while your parish account is active) and your parish's channel appears in the app automatically.

What devices does Orcl run on?

Apple TV (tvOS) and Android TV at launch. Roku, Samsung Tizen, and LG webOS are on the roadmap.

Terms of Service

Use of Orcl is governed by our Privacy Policy and the standard subscription terms shown at checkout in the App Store or Google Play. Cancellations follow each store's policy. Institutional subscriptions follow the terms on the signed Stripe invoice.
